Rental Terms
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm cart reservation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and sign up of the cart. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Master card and Discover.
10% VAT will be added to all reservations and collected upon arrival and delivery of cart.
Valid drivers license and credit card are required for paperwork. ALL drivers must be 21 years of age or older. Persons under 21 years of are NOT allowed to operate the cart in anyway.
Carts are to be returned on the last day of the rental agreement by 11am.
Cancellation policy.
- more than 7 days prior to arrival - the total of your deposit (minus a thirty dollar charge) will be refunded.
- less than 7 days prior to arrival - No refund will be issued from deposit.
Rules and Regulations
- ALL drivers must be licensed and 21 years of age or older. No one under the age of 21 years is permitted to drive or operate the vehicle in any way. Failure to comply will result in the cart being taken away and no refund will be given.
- You agree to be responsible for and pay for any damages to the cart while in your possession.
- A valid drivers license and credit card are required upon sign up of the cart for paperwork and balance of payment.
- Carts are not allowed to be driven thru the settlement or to the North End of the island. If cart is seen in these areas it will be taken away.
- Carts are not rented to homes at the North End. If you are on the North End and choose to rent a cart, it must not go North beyond the post office parking area.
- Must obey all traffic laws. Must drive on the left hand side of the road.
- ZERO TOLERNCE FOR DRIVERS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 OPERATING THE CART IN ANY WAY.
